Instructions
1: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. 2: Add diced onions, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and minced garlic; cook until softened. 3: Stir in the ground bison and cook until browned. 4: Add the corn, crushed tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, and beef broth or water. 5: Season with salt, pepper, tomato paste, chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar (if using); mix well. 6: Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.View original recipe
