1. Brown beef in a pan. 2. Add onion and garlic, cook down. 3. Add tomato paste, cook until dark brick red. 4. Add chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, onion powder and toast. 5. Add Worcestershire, crushed tomatoes, and stock. 6. Simmer 20–25 minutes until thick and spoonable. 7. Season with salt and pepper, add mustard. 8. Assemble in this order: bun, hot dog, chili, cheddar, jalapenos, enjoy.
