What you need

cup seafood stock

shallot

cup dry white wine

oz gnocchi

pinch aleppo pepper
oz lump crab meat

garlic
lemon

tbsp tarragon

cup heavy cream

tbsp fresh chives
Instructions
1: In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. 2: Add the minced shallot and sliced garlic, cooking until softened. 3: Pour in the dry white wine and reduce for a few minutes. 4: Add the seafood stock and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer. 5: Stir in the zest and juice of the lemon, chives, tarragon, and Aleppo pepper. 6: Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions, then add to the sauce. 7: Gently fold in the lump crab meat, heat through and serve immediately.View original recipe
