Delicious vodka sauce made with sautéed garlic cloves and red chili peppers, combined with red onions, tomato paste, and San Marzano Tomatoes, finished with half and half and Parmesan cheese for a rich and creamy consistency.

Instructions
1: Sauté 5-8 garlic cloves with red chili peppers for 30 seconds. 2: Add chopped red onion and cook until translucent. 3: Add a large tablespoon of tomato paste and stir it in. 4: Add 1/4 of a cup of vodka and then a 28oz can of San Marzano Tomatoes. 5: Break down the tomatoes and let simmer for about 10 minutes on low. 6: Season to taste with salt, pepper, and oregano and blend/emulsify for consistency. 7: Add in half a cup of room temperature half and half and shredded Parmesan cheese.View original recipe
