Instructions
1: Start by cleaning baby Bella mushrooms. 2: Destem the mushrooms and finely chop the stems for the filling. 3: Hollow out the mushroom caps and set them aside. 4: Finely dice a shallot and some Italian parsley. 5: Sauté the chopped mushroom stems, shallot, and minced garlic in olive oil until soft and fragrant. Season with salt and pepper. 6: In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sautéed vegetable mixture, parsley, grated Parmesan, mozzarella, and bread crumbs until well incorporated. 7: Fill each mushroom cap with the filling and place them in a cast iron pan. 8: Top each mushroom with more bread crumbs. 9: Fill the cast iron pan about halfway up with Marsala wine. 10: Bake in the oven at 375°F for about 20 minutes.View original recipe
