bunch green onion

tbsp brown sugar

oz sesame seed

tsp red chili flakes

cup beef broth

cup cooking oil
Instructions
1: Marinate flank steak with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, baking soda, and neutral oil for 30 minutes. 2: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, dark soy sauce, water or beef broth, brown sugar or honey, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch for the sauce. 3: Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic, ginger, and onions until fragrant. 4: Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. 5: Pour the sauce over the beef and cook until thickened. 6: Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve.View original recipe
