What you need

tbsp olive oil

tsp ground cumin

tsp smoked paprika

lb ground lamb

tsp aleppo pepper

red onion

tbsp lemon juice

bunch fresh parsley

lb ground beef

pinch black pepper

tsp ground coriander

pinch salt

clove garlic clove

cup tomato
cup Labneh
Instructions
1: Mix ground lamb, ground beef, grated red onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, diced tomato, ground sumac, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, Aleppo pepper, salt, black pepper, and olive oil in a bowl. 2: Shape the mixture into kofta or skewers. 3: Cook the kofta on a grill or pan for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through. 4: For the sumac onions, toss thinly sliced red onion with ground sumac, a pinch of salt, and chopped parsley. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. 5: For the garlic labneh sauce, mix labneh, finely grated garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
