1. Take pizza dough, stretch it into a log, and cut it into small, equal pieces. 2. Roll each piece into a rope and tie it into a simple knot. 3. Finely chop the Calabrian chilis. 4. In a bowl, combine the chopped chilis and their oil with the dough knots. 5. Toss the knots until they are evenly coated. 6. Place the coated knots on a baking sheet. 7.
