A delicious and crispy folded flatbread sandwich, made by baking pizza dough until puffy and then filling it with a spicy cheese spread, fresh arugula, savory prosciutto, and sun-dried tomatoes.

1. Stretch a ball of pizza dough into a large, thin circle. 2. Place the dough on a pizza pan and brush with olive oil. 3. Fold the dough in half. 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F (230°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. 5. Carefully remove from the oven and unfold the flatbread onto a cutting board. 6. Spread spicy cheese spread over one half of the flatbread. 7. Top with a generous layer of arugula. 8. Arrange slices of prosciutto over the arugula. 9. Add sun-dried tomatoes on top of the prosciutto. 10. Fold the empty half of the flatbread over the fillings and press gently. 11. Cut into desired portions and serve immediately.
