A refreshing Greek Summer Salad featuring Barilla® Penne Pasta, creamy pesto, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, red onion, feta cheese, fresh basil, and lemon juice.

1: Cook Barilla® Classic Penne Pasta according to package instructions. 2: Drain and let cool. 3: In a large bowl, mix together the cooled pasta, Barilla® Creamy Genovese Pesto, halved tomatoes, diced cucumber, pitted and halved Kalamata olives, thinly sliced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and fresh basil leaves. 4: Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the salad and season with freshly ground black pepper to taste. 5: Toss everything together until well combined and serve chilled.
