A delicious baked vodka sauce made with sweet onion, garlic, and San Marzano tomatoes, blended with heavy cream for a rich texture. Easy to make by sautéing and baking to perfection.

1: Saute garlic and onion until translucent. 2: Add in red pepper flakes and oregano and mix until well combined. 3: Deglaze with vodka and simmer until reduced by half. 4: Add in your tomatoes and crush them down with a spatula. 5: Season with salt and pepper, then cover and bake in the oven at 375°F for 1.5 hours. 6: Once done, add in basil and blend until smooth. 7: Finish by mixing in room temperature heavy cream.
